Suitable for both newcomers to mindfulness-based approaches and experienced practitioners, the workshops are experiential in focus and we will explore:

- drawing on mindfulness as a self-care and self-regulation resource
- when to introduce mindfulness approaches to clients
- how to introduce mindfulness approaches to clients
- contra-indications: when is it not appropriate to introduce clients to mindfulness-based approaches
Whilst each workshop stands alone the second builds on the first, and you are encouraged to come to both.
