These stand-alone Mindfulness for Healthy Living days offer you a day of shared mindfulness meditation practice.

We'll do each of the practices included in a Mindfulness Course for Healthy Living, and there'll be time for you to hear from those who've previously completed a Mindfulness for Healthy Living course and to ask questions about your own experience of mindfulness practice. Please bring vegetarian lunch to share.

The days are suitable for those who'd like to try meditation, without religious content – for the first time. They're equally appropriate for those who'd like to top up a pre-existing mindfulness meditation practice.

  • if you're interested in trying meditation for the first time
  • if you're considering taking an 8-week mindfulness course fro healthy living and would like to experience mindfulness first-hand
  • if you've already completed a mindfulness course (MBCT, MBSR, or Breathworks) and would like to support your ongoing practice
