These stand-alone Mindfulness and Compassion for Healthy Living days offer you a day of shared mindfulness and compassion meditation practice.

You'll be introduced to practices included in a Mindfulness or Compassion Course for Healthy Living, and there'll be time for you to hear from those who've previously completed a Mindfulness or Compassion for Healthy Living course and to ask questions about your own experience of mindfulness or compassion-based practices. Please bring vegetarian lunch to share.

The days are suitable for those who'd like to try meditation, without religious content – for the first time. They're equally appropriate for those who'd like to top up a pre-existing mindfulness or compassion-based meditation practice.
