mindfulness supervision and mentoring to support professionals
I regard supervision as an opportunity to develop and grow as a Mindfulness teacher, trainer and practitioner: to explore our own practice in the context of what arises through clinical work and our broader experience. I view both supervision and training as facets of the essential prism through which we reflect on strengths, build on insights, consolidate and develop our approach.
I also offer mentoring to mindfulness teachers engaged in developing and researching specific projects or working in particular contexts.
As a clinical practitioner, teacher and supervisor, with experience across a variety of theoretical frameworks, I offer individual and group supervision. I run groups for mindfulness teachers, therapists/counsellors, and other health professionals - including trainees - who bring Mindfulness and Compassion-Based approaches into their own work.
From time to time I also provide training workshops in both Mindfulness-Based and Compassion-Focused approaches for therapists, counsellors and health professionals and for Mindfulness teachers.
