supervision, training, and monthly mindfulness therapy group ...
I regard supervision as an opportunity to develop and grow as a mindfulness practitioner: to explore our own practice in the context of what arises through clinical work and our broader experience. I view both supervision and training as facets of the essential prism through which we reflect on strengths, build on insights, consolidate and develop our approach.
As a clinical practitioner, teacher and supervisor, with experience across a variety of theoretical frameworks, I offer individual and group supervision. I run ongoing groups for mindfulness teachers, therapists/counsellors, and other health professionals - including trainees - who bring mindfulness and compassion-based approaches into their own work.
From time to time I also provide training workshops in both mindfulness-based and compassion-focused approaches for therapists, counsellors and health professionals and for mindfulness teachers.
