These weekly Saturday afternoon mindfulness classes offer you an opportunity to try mindfulness meditation for the first time - or to top up your mindfulness meditation if you've practised mindfulness before.

Whilst mindfulness can be applied to the serious aspects of life (health, well-being and everyday ups and downs) it can also be held with lightness, humour and the capacity to enrich everyday experience.

You will explore your own experience of mindfulness practice through meditation, reflection, gentle movement and discussion in a warm and supportive context and community of like-minded people.

The classes are led by Mindfulness North London's skilled and experienced practitioners.

cost: £10

concessions (students and those receiving state benefits £8)

please arrive 1.30 pm for 1:45 start

class ends 3.15 pm

who we are and what we offer

We are an affiliated group of trained mindfulness teachers based in Islington:

Miia Chambers, Lokadhi Lloyd, Nicola Lowit, Michelle Strange and Nic Whitworth, who alternate in offering secular mindfulness classes each Saturday 2.00-3.00 pm.

Our aim is to reflect the highest professional standards and integrate informality, warmth and integrity.
Our teachers are delighted to bring their combined years of experience and training to offer you, in the heart of Islington, this opportunity to take a taste of mindfulness into your everyday life.
