one-to-one mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR)

Generally speaking, there’s considerable benefit to being introduced to mindfulness training – MBSR or MBCT – within a small group.

However, should your circumstances make attending a course problematic, I am occasionally able to offer eight or more one-to-one MBSR training sessions over the phone.

I regret I do not currently have availability for individual mindfulness training either face-to-face or over the phone.
